PGP/GPG encrypted F*EX e-mails

F*EX notification e-mails are normally sent without encryption. This may be a security problem, even if you use TLS encrypted file transfer with HTTPS.

PGP/GPG encrypted notification e-mails are possible under these terms:

  1. The F*EX admin has to install a public key for the user fex with:

    gpg --gen-key

    (use empty passphrase)

  2. The F*EX user has to upload his public key via webinterface "user config & operation control" and "Manage e-mail encryption"
